Shipping Info: All shipping (international and domestic) is done from Sydney, Australia

Shipping will be carried out my Australia Post, using standard parcel post for orders shipped within Australia, and international economy air for orders shipped outside Australia.

Australia Post estimates domestic parcels will take 2+ business days and international parcels will take 10+ business days. However, they cannot account for any other delays that may occur such as customs checks.

Please note packages sent internationally do not include insurance, and so we are not able to cover for any damages caused during shipping.
Return Policy: A full refund is available if requested before an order has been shipped.

Change of mind refunds are ONLY accepted for non-signed items. The full price of the items (excluding original shipping costs) will be refunded once the items have been returned in non-damaged condition, including the original physical invoice statement. No refund will be issued for any items returned in a damaged condition. Original shrink-wrap packaging does not have to be included to be eligible for a refund. Return shipping is at your own cost.

If your item is delivered in a severely damage state, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a refund or replacement at no extra cost.
